9 Dumbbell Thrusters (50% bw)
5 Pullups
7 rounds as rx’d

*notes – used 45lb dumbbells which equals 48% of bodyweight.  All thrusters were unbroken accept for last round.

    I thought RX’d was at least 50% of BW? not 48%.. haha
