20 Pullups
30 Pushups
40 Situps
50 Squats
Rest 3 Minutes

total time – 19:59 as rx’d, chest-to-bar pullups
splits – 3:27, 10:53
total work time – 13:59

*first WOD back after 8 days off due to vacation in Punta Cana.  Almost met pukie.  First two rounds I went unbroken on the squats, 3rd round I bombed and split them up real bad.  Was struggling for at least an hour after this one.

**Flight at 6pm today for a 20 day business trip (Chicago, LA, Denver).  Luckily, i’ll have time to hit up the CrossFit Games!
