    on the diet selector -

    Do you find it easy to substitute a beverage, such as a smoothie, for a meal?

    are they serious? here are a few i’m adding:

    Do you find it easy to skip meals entirely? (try: anorexia)

    Do you prefer sweets to all other foods? (try: the all-American diet, brought to you by big agribusiness)

    haha, hilarious comments, I guess I’m so into nutrition these days I find it hard to believe people still think bread is healthy, fat makes you fat and that it’s all about calories in calories out!
