breakfast

Dumbbell Push Press (40#)
Burpee
Situp

my time – 5:48

*did this in the hotel gym.  Was able to keep the intensity high and didn’t take too many breaks.  The burpees were the worst (obviously).  Also mixed in some kipping/dead hang/weighted pullups before the wod.  Home today! Punta Cana with Liz on Sunday!
