Dumbbell Power Clean (40#)
Lunge (with dumbbells in rack position)

my time – 13:47

*notes – hotel gym only has 40# dumbbells.  I did a ladder of 10 power cleans, then 1 lunge each leg, 9 power cleans, 2 lunges each leg, all the way to 10.  This turned out to be a ton of lunges and I’m going to be hurting tomorrow.  Really worked on cleaning the dumbbells rather than reverse curling them.
