*notes – awful.  I’m not sure if 6 months of non-stop travel, shitty sleep, half ass paleo/zone is finally catching up with me, but my WOD’s have sucked lately. Goal was sub 4 for the double unders and pushups got worse.  Hopefully next week when I’m in Cali (and I have three drop-ins scheduled, CrossFit Marina, CrossFit Newport Beach & CrossFit Balboa, will kick things back into gear).
