*notes – today was my first day back after taking a week off.  I felt pretty good coming into this WOD, but as soon as I started increasing the weight, all the pain came back.  I ended up finishing the 340 which I had failed on last week and PR’d on the press as well.  I’ve decided to end the rippetoe starting strength program and go back to crossfit.  It’s apparent that my body is going to require more rest from the heavy stuff and I’ve accomplished a good bit.  I’m thinking i’ll revisit starting strength again in February maybe and see how it feels.  I’ve got two gallons of milk left and after that I’m going to go back to strict paleo and attempt to eat a little more.
