my time – 9:23.
*notes – first time running in 40+ days, it freaking hurt. every step. I’ve got some pain that feels like tendonitis in my right elbow so im going to rest it for a while, hence the left arm db snatches. 1 arm full squat snatches are really tough, you’ve got to have good flexibility, which I don’t, so I know a number of these were full ROM. GHD’s were difficult as and I just felt sluggish overall. Bodyweight is back down from 201 to 195 since i’ve stopped drinking milk.

Sorry to hear about the aches & pains you’re experiencing… sounds like extra rest would be good as you get back into the regular WODs.

hmm..interesting that the elbow tendonitis flared up after a month of lots of back squats. Back squats is what set mine off like crazy on Friday. It has to do with the pressure exerted on the elbows on low bar back squat…maybe we should do high bar?
