*notes – Siddharth helped me come up with this WOD. The rep scheme is very challenging because it forces you to really push through with little to no breaks. The sumo stance affected my legs more than I would’ve thought, which made the 30 inch box jumps very intense. Right arm still gets inflamed any time I use it, so I’m going to continue these 1-arm WODs and hope that it gets better.
